About Brilliant
Brilliant Destiny Williams is a prophetic voice, author, and founder of All-In Ministries, a movement dedicated to equipping believers for deliverance, discipleship, and prophetic empowerment.
Born in Hampton, Virginia, Brilliant grew up immersed in the church and was introduced to God from birth. At the age of 8, her family relocated to Atlanta, Georgia, where she has lived for over 20 years. She is the proud sister of two brothers and one sister, and her love for family, fellowship, and ministry partnerships continues to shape her journey.
Marked by God from a young age, Brilliant began serving in youth ministry at just 12 years old. By 15, she preached her first sermon, demonstrating a boldness and clarity well beyond her years. At 18, while attending Gordon State College, she launched All-In Ministries on August 19, 2015. What started as a college ministry quickly grew, expanding to Clayton State University and impacting countless students with the message of Christ’s freedom and love. Brilliant’s calling has always been prophetic and apostolic in nature—she has been “set apart” since the age of 4, carrying a rare fire to awaken others to their divine identity. Through All-In Ministries, her mentorship programs (Designed By Fire, No Shame), and her writing, she has equipped emerging prophets, dreamers, and those carrying hidden pain to walk in healing, wholeness, and purpose.
Beyond ministry, Brilliant serves as a Realtor, modeling excellence both in the Kingdom and in the marketplace. She attributes her success to God’s faithfulness and often declares her life’s motto: “For God I live, and for God I die.”
With a passion for revival, deliverance, and raising a generation marked by glory, Brilliant Destiny Williams continues to steward her mantle with humility, fire, and unshakable loyalty to God’s call.
Brilliant was born in Hampton, Virginia at Sentara hospital on September 21, 1996. Brilliant grew up with her Mother and Father who both raised her to be the woman she is today. She has two brothers and one sister. She was raised in a christian household with a strong praying mother and humble father. At the age of 2 , Brilliant’s mother , Cheryl Williams, often talks about the time Brilliant ran up to the altar to give her life to Christ . Her mother knew before she was born , that Brilliant was marked by God. Brilliant’s mother would always talk about God to her and how to love God. Oftentimes, Brilliant share’s her gratitude for learning about God at a young age. At the age of 4 years old, Brilliant would ride her bike and have “talks” with God. Brilliant also recalls having a visitation from God at four years old. She was always different and strange growing up , especially misunderstood because of what she can see in the unseen world.
Brilliant Williams grew up seeing spirits and discerning good and evil at a very young age. Her desire is to share how she was marked by God at a very young age and struggled to fit in and be comfortable in who she was. Not knowing her identity, plagued her in many ways by fighting with rejection, loneliness, misunderstanding and deep pain. Therefore, Brilliant Williams always stood out from elementary school through highschool. Brilliant often recites the time God visited her in her room in the 11th grade telling her to fast and begin to operate on another level with Him. Little did Brilliant know,God was preparing her for greater things.

Fast forward to her sophomore year in college( August 2015), the Lord came to Brilliant in a voice saying it’s time to stop running and it’s time to teach my people. “You’re either hot or cold, you either do what I say or I will spit you out of my mouth”. God told her that He would take her life if she did not do what He called her to do. Because Brilliant feared God, she started a small campus bible study in the multi-purpose room at Gordon State College. She had no idea how it would turn out . By the third week of consistently teaching bible study every wednesday night, the bible study grew from 10 people coming to over 40 college students coming to hear the word of God. Brilliant often says that God set her up because she only thought it was going to be a small bible study, but the Lord grew it into a full campus ministry that she called “ ALL-IN”. Her ministry “ ALL-IN” was named after her decision to be fully COMMITTED to God and commissioned each college student to do the same. Brilliant conducted her campus ministry at Gordon State College for four years and then the Lord shifted her and directed her to start a second location of ALL-IN at Clayton State University(August 2018). God gave her favor instantly at the university and she began to gather up another group of college students within three months of being at Clayton State University. She often says how God has been so good and faithful to her. However, Brilliant had to wage war over the purpose and call over her life. Furthermore, she often quotes how “being called and chosen “ means being a target for the enemy as well. She has many stories to tell on how she constantly overcomes the battles of walking in Destiny. Brilliant Williams is graced not just for her generation but for generations to come. She walks in boldness, integrity, meekness, kindness and love. As you become a part of who she is and who she stands for, her desire is for you to tap into you God given identity and walk in Purpose and Destiny.
